A serene nighttime blend designed to help you relax and drift into restful sleep. With gently, soothing herbs including KAVA ROOT, this tea invites you to let go of the day and sink into sweet dreams.

Ingredients: Organic Herb Blend of Kava Root, Chamomile, Passionflower, Lemon Balm, Peppermint & Spearmint

Flavor: Sweet, minty & slightly bitter

Uses: Add 1 tablespoon of the herbs to your tea infuser of choice, pour 8 ounces of hot water over the blend and allow it to steep for 15-20 minutes or as strong as you'd like, strain and enjoy!

*Add honey or any type of cream/creamer for extra sweet or creaminess
