Ingredients: Organic Herb Blend of Chamomile, Passionflower, Spearmint, Lavender, Rose Petals & Cinnamon Chips

Flavor: Minty, floral aroma with a hint of warm spice

Uses: Add 1 tablespoon of the herbs to your tea infuser of choice, pour 8 ounces of hot water over the blend and allow it to steep for 15-20 minutes or as strong as you'd like, strain and enjoy!

*Add honey or any type of cream/creamer for extra sweet or creaminess
